Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI love the reflection of the bars on the wet wood, they came out wonderfully and in focus. Those bars combined with the wood make a lovely pattern, very eye-catching and appealing.
The composition is nice, the lines of the wood lead the eye to the main part of your shot, the rose, as does the stem.
I realize how difficult it can be to correctly focus every part of your photograph. Still, I feel that this photo would have make a better impact if the rose were in focus. Right now, it just appears as a glaring white that pulls my eye and keeps it there. However, if you were to retake this shot with the focus on the rose, I think it would make a greatly improved shot.
